Services
Bridges of Light offers, among other things, individual sessions, 1:1 sessions, courses, workshops, classes and other events. The specific service, content, duration and price will always appear in the description on the website or in the material received upon booking.
Prices and currency
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT, unless otherwise clearly indicated. Bridges of Light reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of booking or purchase is the price that is binding for the agreement.
Payment terms
As a rule, payment is made at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated. For longer courses or special events, a deposit may be required upon registration and the remaining amount must be paid no later than a specified date before the start. Accepted means of payment are listed on the website and may include payment cards, bank transfer and mobile payment solutions. A place is only finally reserved once payment or the agreed deposit has been received.
Gift cards and discounts
Gift cards issued by Bridges of Light can only be used for the services specified and within the validity period stated on the gift card. As a rule, gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Discounts, campaigns, and special offers are only valid during the specified period and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Liability and limitation of liability
All services from Bridges of Light are advisory and supportive and cannot replace medical, psychological, or other professional treatment. The client is always personally responsible for their choices and actions before, during, and after a service. Bridges of Light cannot be held liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or failure to achieve the expected effect. Any liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Client responsibility
The client is responsible for providing the correct name, contact details, and any relevant health information that may be of importance for the service. The client is also responsible for arriving at the agreed time and place and for following the guidelines provided before and during courses, treatments, or events.
Changes to terms and conditions
Bridges of Light may continuously update and amend these terms and conditions of trade. The updated terms take effect when they are published on the website and apply to new bookings and purchases from that time. In the event of significant changes, separate information may be provided via email or newsletter, if relevant.
Responsibility and ethical framework
Therapy at Bridges of Light is a collaboration between therapist and client. Results depend on the client’s own effort and process. Therefore, no guarantee can be given for specific outcomes.
Therapy does not replace medical or psychiatric treatment, and the client is personally responsible for seeking relevant medical help where necessary.
Booking and cancellation rules at Bridges of Light
At Bridges of Light, the aim is to make booking simple and safe. Appointments can be scheduled online via the booking system, by telephone, or by sending an email. For online bookings, a written confirmation is automatically sent by email with the date, time, address/online link, and any practical information. For telephone or email bookings, a confirmation is sent as soon as the time has been registered in the system. A booking is only finally valid once this confirmation has been received.
If it becomes necessary to change an appointment time, this can in principle be done via the same channel that was used to make the booking, or through direct contact. Changes or cancellations are requested to be made at least 24 hours before the appointment, depending on the duration and type of service. The specific deadlines are always indicated in the confirmation email. If a change is made within the deadline, rescheduling is free of charge, and assistance is gladly provided to find a new suitable time.
In case of late cancellation after the deadline, half the price of the planned session will be charged. Failure to attend without cancellation is considered as fully used time and will be invoiced accordingly. These rules exist to ensure that time can be reserved and at the same time make it possible to offer available appointments to others on the waiting list. In case of acute illness or special circumstances, it is encouraged to get in touch as soon as possible so that a fair solution can be found.
For workshops and longer courses, special terms often apply, such as longer cancellation deadlines, deposits, or partial refunds in case of cancellation. These terms are clearly described upon registration and in the confirmation. If Bridges of Light, contrary to expectations, has to cancel a session, workshop, or course, there is always offered either a full refund of the amount paid or rebooking to a new date. Contact will be made as soon as possible via email and/or phone with information about the reason, options for a new time, and practical next steps, so that everything feels safe and well-informed.
Personal data and confidentiality when booking
When making a booking with Bridges of Light, only the information needed to provide the best possible support is collected. This typically includes name, contact details (phone and email), any invoicing information, as well as the practical details required to plan and carry out the appointment. The information is used solely for the administration of bookings, payment, and ongoing communication.
Information is stored for as long as necessary in relation to the course of the engagement and mandatory accounting obligations, and no longer than that. All personal data is treated confidentially and stored securely so that unauthorized parties cannot gain access. Information is not shared with others unless it is necessary to deliver the agreed service or required by law. All processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, ensuring a sense of security when making a booking.
