Sound therapy: The path to inner peace

Sound therapy is a form of therapy that uses sound and music to promote healing, relaxation and wellbeing. It is a holistic approach that is close to my heart because it works deeply, helping to reduce stress, improve sleep quality and support emotional balance. 

In my sound therapy practice, I use a variety of instruments, including Tibetan singing bowls, hand pans, gongs and bells, to create a healing energy flow and a calming atmosphere.
