This series of energy healings and calibrations is a beautiful cocreation between you, your guides and the practitioner, where you will learn empowering ways of listening and tending to your heart, both physical and spiritual. You will be gently guided and supported on this path of self discovery and you will receive powerful tools that you can use in your everyday life, whenever you need a gentle boost of heart energy.

The practitioner recommends a series of 3 to 5 sessions, each session being between 75 and 90 minutes long.

The sessions are then followed by a gentle and soft sound immersion, that will help you integrate the healing experience.
